145 nclex questions and good pop up

Took my NCLEX at 1300 today. Ended up taking all 145 questions. I felt so sick when I hit 75 and kept going, then 100 and kept going. Definitely not feeling good. I tried the trick and I think I got a good pop up, but still won’t believe it until I see that license. What are my chances of passing if I had to go all the way to 145?

Took the NCLEX on a Friday at 1:45pm. Finished just before 3pm. Got email from Pearson Vue at 3:07. Did the “trick” CORRECTLY right after the email, at 2 hours, at 4 hours- got the good pop-up. Paid the 7.95 for quick results at 48 hours (on a Sunday), and passed. Felt the test was “too easy”, finished in 1.15 with 83 questions.I just took my NCLEX (first-timer) about 2 hours ago and had all 145 questions. I decided to ease my nerves by using the Pearson Vue Trick and received the “good pop-up”. Can anyone tell me if this method of viewing results early is accurate? Less than 20 SATAs, ~5 drag and drops, ~3-4 math, ~3 EKGs, mainly infection prevention, adult health, and pharm. Less than 10 questions about OB/peds. I cried A LOT and was pretty sure I failed. I did the Pearson Vue trick no less than 1000 times and got the "bad pop up" every time. I read post after post about how the trick is supposedly 99.9% accurate which made me even more depressed. Do not think that you failed if you took all 145Q! That's what I thought and went through a world wind of emotions especially after getting the bad pop up. Just stay calm and go through each question answering as best as you can! I had like 2 math questions, 3 ecg, and like 50 SATAs.
