This appears to have the relay for the Trunk Release (item 22 for those playing along at home). The problem is, the manual states this block is located INSIDE the trunk. Contacts are always hot applying 12 V to the two horns under the left headlamps in parallel. Shop manual only goes as far as stating to disconnect the two wires to the horns and hit them with 12V.
