On Exile Lands the only Katana worth using is PvP is Blade of the Seven Winds, oiled with Agony preferably. It is technically better than Siptah Katanas as long as the person is above 800 armor. For PvE a crafted Star Metal katana is best on Exile Lands. Siptah has a few contenders. Curved Sword of the Legion has the highest possible base damage.
