Mar 4, 2021 · I have the same issue. Just moved and upgraded old equipment with what I thought was a new DVR and 4 other non DVR. When hooking up last non DVR, got the XRE message. 3 trips to chat support re-established all 5 tv's for a short period, then one tv with a non DVR would revert to the XRE message. The box I thought was a DVR is a XG2V2-P.
