As for the how of making them, you need a Super Mixing Capsule Z to start with; you can get those: by mixing a Super Mixing Capsule with a Demon Realm Crystal. SMC's drop from PQ/EM Tour, Demon Realm Crystals drop from Expert Missions. Higher number EM's have a better chance of dropping DRC's Getting an SMCZ as a random drop from PQ/EM Tour.
