Litter robot blue light wont stop flashing

Tldr: my robot has a blue flashing light and none of the buttons do anything, only on/off. I’ve tried the basics. I’ve had the litter robot for a few years, but can’t remember if it’s a 1 or 2 model. I’ve encountered an issue I can’t fix. It started with the quick flashing yellow light (pinch detector issue).

Now all it will do is flash the blue light! The drawer is empty, the bag is not in the way, and it will not cycle at all, even when unplugged and plugged back in.
