This solution from @amit finally worked for me! Go to command prompt. Run command: python -m spacy download en_core_web_sm. Afterwards it showed this: Successfully installed en-core-web-sm-3.3.0. Download and installation successful. You can now load the package via spacy.load ('en_core_web_sm')
