Mordhau's local matches are not available over LAN, the only way to do what you're looking to do, is to download/run the Mordhau Dedicated Server (it's on Steam, under Tools). Since it doesn't use Steam anymore, you can't join off of your friends through the Steam friends list. You can still invite them to a group in-game and they can join off of you that way, though.
