Aug 23, 2010 · it mixes 4-1 and you can reduce it 4-1-1 if not using it as a total fill primer. it sands great and the dry times are decent. i use the MH283 in all around weather,in hot i use the MH284. i haves used this primer for around 2 years (everyday) and have had great results and it doesn't shrink bad either. hope this helps,Travis.
