I bought an item that said, "Free returns", but when I went to return it, Amazon wanted me to take it to Whole foods vs the UPS store. Whole Foods is 15 miles away...so a 30 mile trip vs the UPS store is a mile away. If the item says Free Returns, it should be free. If I take it to the store that's 1 mile away, they want to charge me $7.
