And also to add to that, fang adds to the laziness of not having desert elite diary's super fast spec regen ... It's still very good and absolutely worth getting. The majority of places it's used have had pretty small single digit nerfs, while bosses with very high defense (gwd / callisto / tekton) were hit pretty hard. And it's un-nerfed inside toa so you'll 100% want it there. See a comment here with some numbers for popular bosses.
