But- just because you have x amount of ram does not mean the JVM will use it all. You need to go into the settings and set the min/Mac for it to use. The default is very little, which I suspect is the issue for many. I run it on a 2019 Pro w/ TB (i5 quad-core 8GB Ram). It runs perfect, no complaints.
