This is kind of just a rant, the rent at our apartments is going up by $400/mo. Currently after utilities our rent comes out to about $1800 for a 2bed/2bath apartment. I live a few miles from it, and while it does have a smell its not the Wilmington smell. Its 30 miles from Wilmington and I drive into town every day.
