Those have been the best braces for the MP5 platform I’ve used. One is collapsible (like the B&T mentioned above, and that’s a great option too) and one folds.

The Safety Harbor brace is by far my favorite, but they are fairly hard to find. If you can catch them when they have them in stock it's the way to go imo. The next best option is the HKPDW.
