Let me first start by saying that the Tac-Con 3MR trigger has gotten overwhelmingly bad publicity via online reviews (YouTube, Reddit, etc). I had a lot of doubts before purchasing one, but also read a few people who were displeased and simply returned it, no questions asked.

The hammer and spring it ships with makes the active reset mode almost useless. All parts cycle/function just fine with the selector switch in safe and traditional fire mode. The only thing I havent done is put one of my other complete uppers on the lower with the Tac Con trigger. Prior to installing trigger, the rifle ran just fine at the range with the traditional FCG.
