U haul mobile pickup not working

Reservation was made at 2pm on Saturday for a 0900 pickup on Sunday for a 15ft truck. I did a uhaul location because the previous two rentals on Thursday and Friday the agent on the chat feature stated i had to go in to verify. I know cargo vans and pickups are in person pickup only. I think i just picked 3 wrong locations.
